Updated October 13, 2026. Controller: Damian Witkowski. Contact: d.witko@icloud.com. This notice covers the photo editor and its MCP opening tool.
Selected PNG, JPEG and WebP files are decoded and processed in the open editor's memory. The editor does not upload the original photo files to our MCP server or another image service. Editing stays in browser memory. Images are downsampled to at most 4096 pixels on the longest edge. No image names or editing values are included in tool calls. Reset removes image references and undo history; closing or reloading loses the collage. Browser memory cleanup is controlled by the browser. Exported files remain wherever you download them.
Only after you click Export via ChatGPT, the editor sends the rendered, finished collage (PNG or JPEG) to OpenAI using ChatGPT’s file API and obtains a download link. The separate original photo files are not uploaded by this export. The finished collage includes the visible image content you selected. We do not save it on the Collage Easy server. OpenAI processes that file under its applicable terms, privacy policy and retention settings. We do not request saving it in your ChatGPT file library. In the standalone browser editor, export uses a local download without this upload.
Opening the editor sends a request to the hosting infrastructure. OpenAI/ChatGPT and the Sites/Cloudflare delivery infrastructure may process connection data such as IP address, browser information, request URL and time. Chat messages are processed separately by ChatGPT. This editor adds no analytics, cookies, local storage, accounts or photo database. We do not promise absence of infrastructure logs or specify provider retention periods that we cannot verify.
Choose only photos you want to edit. No upload is required for local editing. Export before closing. For privacy requests, contact d.witko@icloud.com. The general controller details and rights information are available in the Collage Easy privacy policy.
